Burritos are easy!

I think this must be the easiest thing I've ever made.

All you need:
rice
onions/peppers
tortilla wraps
leftover meat
spices
cheese
natural yoghurt - optional

For quick, hassle-free cooking - quarter your onion and peppers and grill. Then chop. Cover in bbq sauce and spices depending on your taste buds.
Cook your rice (20 mins should do it) & drain. Season with salt & pepper & spices.
Lay out foil and tortilla wraps.
Spoon out your rice to one side of your tortilla.
Then lay a strip of the veg.
Next to that lay your meat.
Grate a bit of cheese.
Using the foil, wrap the, err...wrap - the trick is not to be scared and hesitate.
Twist the foil at both ends and bake in the oven for 20 mins, or put in the freezer for another day.
Serve with some yoghurt or guacamole.
