French Prawns

A quick and tasty dish that can be served as a dinner party starter or whipped up as a quick supper.

Ingredients
Salted butter
King prawns
1 onion, finely chopped
2 tomatoes
2 cloves of garlic
Parsley
Salt and pepper

Method
  1. Melt a little butter in a small frying pan.
  2. Add your finely chopped onion and fry on a low heat until soft
  3. Add your king prawns and stir into the onions
  4. Chop your tomatoes finely and add to the pan, along with 2 whole peeled garlic gloves
  5. When the tomatoes have softened and released their juices snip the parsley into the pan and stir
  6. Season to taste and serve immediately
