ReplyDeleteJust recently bought baobab in powder form, and think is great. I've been having superfoods for more than two years and it makes a huge difference in the way I feel.
I will like to add a bit more about baobab. The first thing I notice was it's anti-inflammatory properties. The first time I tried it, I had a bit of a headache, and had a spoonful of babobab with yoghurt, in less than 30 min it went away. Dunno if is coincidence or not but I could feel the benefits immediately.
